What Are Your Goals This Week?

Let’s talk about goal setting.


Oh, is it not something you like to talk about? Ya, me neither.


I struggle with goal setting. Always have. It is like - ya ya, I know what I want, why do I need to define it and write it down? Here’s a hint for you - if you want to achieve anything, great or small, you need to have a clearly defined goal. 


It can be short term - I will have my kitchen cleaned before supper time.  

Or it can be longer term - I will increase my client base by 75% in the next 12 months.


Both of these goals are 100% attainable with the right motivation and push. 

Visualization, affirmations and manifestation are all tools that you can use to help achieve these, well thought out and defined, goals.


Not sure how to do these? (I can help!)


Stating preferences (I would like to lose weight) instead of setting goals and committing (I will remove 25 lbs in the next 3 months) is the new “norm” and it is not a good habit to get into. 


Words have power (but that is a whole other story!), and we need to use our words to definitely create and commit. Do not be unclear about where you are going or your path will be unclear as well.
