When should I come back?

I often get asked by my clients how often they should come back for a reading, coaching or energy session and the answer isn’t that clear cut.

You have to ask yourself, what is the outcome you are looking for?

I view all of what I do as interrelated.

Sure, you can come for an energy session and leave feeling amazing! (And you will!)

But if you don’t do the other work (mindset, grounding, habits and beliefs) you will begin to feel unbalanced again sooner than later.

Same with coaching. It is not only about identifying behaviours and patterns to change, but learning how to clear and shift the energy so that you raise your vibration to the next level to continue to manifest your best life.

Tarot is a powerful tool for clarity and a great starting place to see what you are working with.

I don’t predict what is going to happen to you or when or anything at all, for that matter.

I identify the energy and the subconscious mind.

I truly view it as a springboard for your growth. It is part of your whole life plan.

If you can’t see what you need to work on, you will spin your wheels trying to figure it out.

All of these work in tandem.

A reading clarifies what is going on which turns into coaching and looking at what is holding you back (in your mind). Once we can identify that, then we can get you into an energy session to clear the energetic blocks and balance the system so that you can truly put everything into practice and being to create in earnest. Then we go back to coaching and moving though the habits you have formed that don’t work, the limiting beliefs, give you tools and confidence to use them, then clear and balance again. All the while touching base with tarot as your roadmap.

So, I ask you again, what is your desired outcome?

Balance, alignment, authentic living, having a voice?

Then this is a commitment that you need to make to yourself.

A yearly reading, coaching or reiki session is a nice way to treat yourself but if you are looking for real change, you need more.

So, tell me, when do you need to come back?
